This housing prototype was developed as part of a larger PPP submission to Dublin City Council in 2007. The eight-storey slab of 28 duplex and 8 single-storey apartments is entered from the short gable ends – thereby allowing both the west and east elevations to enjoy private garden space. Two vertical circulation cores provide access at alternate levels. so that all duplex apartment can extend though the plan to enjoy both east and west facing balconies. There are 22 different apartments types in the scheme.
