This project is part of a larger re-development of the Hotel and Country Club at Kilternan, Co Dublin. The hotel will become a significant conference and wellness centre within commuting distance of Dublin City Centre. The building enjoys spectacular views of Dublin Bay and is close to the garden landscape of County Wicklow.

The Aparthotel is built on a steep hill behind the main hotel; the plan follows the hill contours as a loose chain of four distinct blocks while in section the building is five-storeys to the front and three-storey to the rear. 60 two-bed apartments are arranged so that the second bedroom can be rented as a separate hotel unit or with the apartment unit. Each apartment enjoys a balcony and a wintergarden. Sliding elements between living and sleeping areas and between sleeping and bathing areas allow the apartment to be re-configured depending on the occupancy. Larger apartments at penthouse level enjoy extensive roof-top terraces to the east as well as wintergardens to the west.

The building has been constructed in self-finishing precast twin-wall units and prefabricated pod bathrooms. HRA have also designed the 4-star interior. Externally the building is completed with fixed and sliding cedar panels with stainless steel framing.
